Schabel Studio’s 2024 Year in Review

Reflecting on 2024. Our work is the culmination of a collaborative spirit and shared vision for creating living spaces that push the boundaries of design and build the vision for our office. Throughout our career, we have honed our design perspective and built relationships in the design community so that we have a place to express ourselves while developing designs that represent our clients dreams. In 2024 we established new design relationships, built a team of designers who have unique visions and distinctive perspectives with a shared vision for our practice.

As we reflect on 2024, we look forward to a new year filled with meaningful projects and boundless potential for shaping inclusive, dynamic and bold spaces where we can express our visions and create a personalized living experience. In 2024 we brought our office into the full world of custom residential design starting with a few projects at the start of 2024 to now nine distinct projects, developed a brand identity and began the true path towards being a recognized architectural office.  

In 2024, we began construction on four projects; Extruded Home, Hermosa Beach, RVIVL and Palisades View and in 2025 we will have four more projects in construction.
